One of the best ways to scale your content efforts and drive results is to maximize the value of every piece of content you create. Here's a simplified version of our content production strategy:
Create a Long-Form Video (e.g., 15-minute video)
Structure the Script for Modular Sections – Break it into 15 cohesive sections, so each can function as a standalone piece.
Repurpose for Multiple Platforms – Post the 15 short-form sections (1-minute each) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X, multiplying your content by 5-10x as each platform reaches a different audience.
Post the Full-Length Video on your website, YouTube, mailing list, and other channels for broader reach.
Include a Call-to-Action (CTA) in each short-form video, encouraging viewers to visit the next step (e.g., the full video).
Convert Viewers in the Long-Form Video – Funnel them toward the next action in your sales process, such as making a purchase, signing up for a mailing list, or filling out a qualification form.
This is a basic example of how you can create one piece of content that serves multiple purposes, across multiple platforms, while guiding leads through your sales funnel.
We'll dive deeper into the specific strategies and tactics in another post, but for now, here’s a quick primer on what content to create based on your goals:
Client Acquisition – Focus on content that attracts new leads and showcases your expertise.
Increase Lifetime Value (LTV) – Create content that nurtures existing relationships and offers additional value.
Lead Qualification – Develop content that educates potential clients and helps them self-qualify.
For further exploration of this strategy, we’ll cover it in a separate blog post—Capture Chaos Content Strategy, breaking it down into:
Level 1: Goal (client acquisition, LTV, lead qualification)
Level 2: Strategies (the methods to achieve the selected goal)
Level 3: Tactics (day-to-day tasks to stay on track)
