Wild Rose Family Expo 2026 Event Campaign

Capture Chaos Productions partnered with the Wild Rose Family Expo to create a comprehensive media campaign that extended the impact of the event beyond a single weekend.

Over four hours of production, our team documented the expo through both photography and video, focusing on authentic family moments, children's activities, exhibitor interactions, and the energetic atmosphere that defines the event. Rather than relying on staged content, we prioritized genuine reactions and dynamic storytelling to showcase the experience attendees could expect.

The final deliverables included a professionally organized photo and video content library, providing the client with a versatile collection of marketing assets for future promotions. We also produced two evergreen social media advertisements optimized for Facebook and vertical platforms, designed to drive attendance and increase awareness for future Family Expo events.

This project highlights our ability to efficiently cover live events, capture high volumes of usable marketing content in a limited production window, and transform a single event into a library of long-term promotional assets.
